Sterling County Court Docket is a private reference resource, not a contact point for any court. Official docket sheets, settings, filings, and certified copies must come from the clerk or court that keeps the case. The routing information identifies the shared District and County Clerk office and the separate Justice Court path.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route each Sterling County request according to the court and record involved:

  • A docket sheet: try docket search for participating noncriminal matters, then request the official sheet from the responsible clerk
  • A court date or setting: check the court schedule and confirm the newest notice with the court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: use a party name or exact cause number, then verify the court and county
  • Court records and case files: contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
